Charge 3 sleep and notifications issues

Tried everything suggested, stopped getting notifications about 5 days ago and sleep score does not show up on the device anymore. I can see that info on the fitbit app, but nothing. Bothers me more that I don't get any more notifications or phone calls. I still do receive reminders to move though.  Tried a test call as well and nothing.

Thanks for troubleshooting this notifications issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provided there.

About you being able to see your sleep in the app but not on the tracker, we are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
