Yesterday my fitbit didn't show my sleep and its not there today even though I have unistalled and reinstalled the app. Does anyone know why this could have happened?

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @LettuceLeaf. Thanks for uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit App in order to make your sleep appear again.

Did the sleep disappear of the device or the app?

I´ll be waiting for your reply.

The device has always said 'sleep not tracked' even when it showed detailed sleep information on the app. 2 days ago the app lost the sleep listing completely 🙄

Mine as well. It is not analyzing sleep at all, as if it doesn't exist.

Thanks for getting back to us and for the clarification @LettuceLeaf. Thanks for getting back to us @Tessfully.

Cold you please try setting up your device again with the instructions of:  How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?

@Tessfully, try the following steps:

  1. Manually sync the tracker. See instructions in How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
  2. Restart the tracker. See instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  3. Try sleeping with the tracker on your non-dominant hand.
  4. If steps 1-3 don't work, I suggest manually logging your sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in How do I change my sleep history?

If your tracker is registering your sleep but not providing you with sleep stages, take into consideration the steps in the help article Why don't I see sleep stages today?. I also suggest checking if your Fitbit app is updated.

Let me know the outcome.
