Hello! My family and I like to challenge each other with Workweek Hustle and Weekend Warrior. Well today my mom pointed out that none of my steps have been tracking for the weekend, so instead of having 20,000 I have 0. The step count is accurate on my home page, but when I go to the challenge page it says I have no steps. A google search brings up forums from 5 years ago, and they suggest trying to turn blutooth on and off (which I did) and turning my phone on and off (which I did). Any other suggestions?

Please be aware that only steps from your Fitbit Charge 3 or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total. For more information about challenges, please visit this article.
If this is not your case, please follow the next steps:
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Restart your Fitbit Charge 3 and reboot your cellphone once again
- Log back into the Fitbit app

I'm having the same issue with my Versa 2. I've been using a FitBit for over 8 years and this just started last week, the workweek hustle challenges showed I had over 7,000 steps less than my 'today' page had. And now the weekend warrior is showing over 1,500 steps lower than the today page. I've rebooted my iPhone and the app but it is still not matching. If I delete the app and reinstall it, will I loose all my info? Please help me solve this issue, thank you.
