Hi,
Since this morning my Charger 3 is not recording any data or tracking my sleep.
There is no green light on the inside of the tracker anymore.
Is this a known issue, or what shall I do?

Welcome on board @Canneloni, it's nice to see you around here! I'd recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following these steps.
Also, please check the suggestions provided in the article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

I have this same problem however I’ve reset the device multiple times now, made sure it has a full charge, and it is syncing fine, and it hasn’t solved anything. I’ve also started to get horizontal lines of the display missing at the top of the screen and the battery is needing charging more often than it used to. This started about 4 days ago, before that it worked perfectly!

I have exactly the same problem as Labradorlover, and have tried the same solutions. Seemed to begin after my Charge 3 didn’t install latest software update. Worked perfectly before that.
