I've been using my charge 3 since June with no issues. Last night I took it off to charge and after a few minutes I heard it vibrating loudly for about 10 seconds. When I went and took it off the charged, the screen was completely black and did nothing when I pressed the button. After reading some suggestions I tried to reset it. That process seemed to go the way it's supposed to, it vibrated then a smiley face popped up but that is the only activity I can get it to do. Screen is still black and it is not syncing to the app. Can anyone help?

Hi @Jgg94 Try a Long Restart and try changing the clock face in the app (this may not work if you cant sync, but give it a try). If both of these fail to get it going then contact Support
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
