I’ve had my charge 3 for just over a year. It’s been fine, but today completely stopped working. Battery was low, but not dead, I was out in the sun and in and out of water then it just stops working. I’ve tried charging it, but it doesn’t seem to connect to the charger at all. My phone can’t find it when I try to sync. No lights. Nothing happening.

Thanks for trying to charge and sync your device, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them. I know they will be glad to help you out and provide a solution. I recommend to continue working with them since they have already all the details and special tools to continue assisting you.
