My Charge 3 has stopped working and now will not recharge the battery. I have tried all of the resets, leave it plugged in etc and nothing is working it is completely dead only purchased it in June 2020. Not very pleased.
Yes Rich_Laue Ive tried everything listed on the forums for Fitbit Charge to reset it and it is completely dead and will not respond I used isopropyl alcohol (Have it for model railway) and that didn't work. thanks for the suggestion.
Best AnswerI have tried everything as well. I tried to charge it and then re-sync it. It appeared to work but less than 30 seconds and it was dead again.
Best AnswerIt appears to be an issue for a lot of people with the Charge 3. I seen where someone was able to get it replaced by fitbit but I’m not sure what you have to do.
Best AnswerSame issue, and no help in getting fixed from the customer support, since it has been more than one year out of warranty so they will not fix it or replace it, shame that this products dont last more than one year, i have tried all possible steps to make it or, cleaned the contacts , tried reset , nothing works, it is completely dead

Best AnswerI keep getting emails about the charge 4 as well. I think it’s odd that so many people are having the same issue at the same time. Makes me wonder if they purposely caused a glitch so that people would upgrade.
