I am very disappointed in this device. Recently my charge 3 will not sync. I have done everything including removing my necessary devices ( hearing aid) attached to my bluetooth. I have never had an issue with having multiple devices on my bluetooth but now I can only have my charge 3..... however my fitbit app keeps saying device not found...I have jumped though all those loops as well. I have a premium account and I can't even access that info and when I can it's incorrect!!!!
Please have someone contact me as to what the next step will be. I am very frustrated. Please help. Thank you
