Anyone have a solution to solving intermittent syncing between Charge 3 and.IPhone XR ? Just moved from Galaxy S7 where it synced and performed flawlessly. Fitbit Support says should be no problem syncing w/ XR.

Hi @MyMeeMaw, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing issue that your Charge 3 has experienced with your iPhone XR. I totally understand how you feel about this.
We haven't received reports in regards syncing issues between Fitbit devices and cellphones or tablets. However, in case the issue persists, please contact our Support team with the reference number they provided and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
