Charge 3 syncing issues

When I try to sync the Charge 3 it shows a red line and says cannot sync, however basic stats do update.  But the exercise shortcuts show run and everything as Pilates despite me trying to update them constantly. Can you advise?

Thanks for troubleshooting this syncing issue. If you are having problems syncing your Charge 3, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
