Charge 3 syncing issues

I have downloaded the Fitbit app and it will not sync it will say "searching for tracker" and it will not sync!

please add Chromebooks as supported devices!

I appreciate the feedback, unfortunately, we do not currently have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQsFor now, we will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.

why just why!? cant chrmebooks be supported! it has the playstore! just like th android phones!

I have not been able to syncing my charge 3 in about a month it will synchronize out of the blue for a day or two then and then it stops.......
