The information on my tracker is different to the data on the app, after syncing complete.. About 20 times I have refreshed.
Eg on my tacker is says so far i have completed 3/9 hourly 250 step goals, but the data on the app has only recorded 1/9.
I had well exceed the stpes too, as i was on a dog walk!
The only thing i can think of is that my heart rate wasn't fully recorded for the whole walk, but how would the tracker have differnt information?

Mine started doing the same thing. I noticed that for yesterday the app says I completed 0/9 hourly step goals, when I know I completed 7/9. This morning the app says 0/9 for the first 3 hours, but my fitbit says that I completed all 3 hours. I have restarted my fitbit, removed it from the app and added it back, re-paired the Bluetooth sync with my phone and the app is still wrong.

I feel your pain, its really annoying!
Today it is syncing better, as i've made the band fit tighter around my wrist to read heart rate better, so hopefully this works!

It's actually syncing worse today. All of my exercise options on my Fitbit when I go into exercise are Pilates. That's never been an option on the Fitbit, only in the app.
