Charge 3 time wrong and won't sync

Went to out on my FitBit Charge 3 this morning and realised the time was wrong. I then went onto the time settings on app and made sure the correct time zone was selected and it was, then I tried syncing but didn't sync.

Anyone else had this problem or know what to do to fix it?
