I have recently bought a treadmill. I have been monitoring my steps but am aware when I walk slowly during warm up it does not count and when I walk quickly it is not counting about a third. What can I do about this?

Hi there @Thebratpack.
Thanks for taking the time to share what you've experienced with your Fitbit Charge 3. Regarding your accuracy issue, if you hold the rails during your treadmill activity, your wrist-based device will count your information but the total may be slightly lower than usual. Keep in mind that you need to be actually walking so your tracker can register this information. You can check the article: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? for more tips.
We recommend creating an activity log for activities where step count isn't the best indicator of activity level. For instructions on how to manually log an activity, go to How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
Hope this helps.
