Hi! My Fitbit by the night just go black on the screen and don’t want to on. I try your recommendation to plug in and press the button for 15 sec an plug off.. but nothing comes out 😢 Can anyone help me please? 😉

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If your Charge 3 isn't turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
