Charge 3 went completely dead

My Charge 3 turned off overnight even though it had 28% battery. It didn't vibrate or turn on the next day. I charged it to 100% and tried the reset (held button while it was plugged into charger for 4-8 seconds) and it did not turn back on. It's been blank, off, unresponsive for two days now. I tried charging over night and no response. Is it completely dead? How do I get it to turn back on?
