My wife pulled her Charge 3 out post COVID lockdown. It has been on the charger all night. It will not come on or reset per holding down the button etc. Mine works fine and I have reset it many times so I understand the process. Her when I hold down the button will continue to vibrate. Have tried holding for. 15 sec then taking off charge and plugging back in and reset but nothing. Any help would be great.

Has your wife been keeping her Charge 3 battery level above 30%.
It may be that the battery has been damaged.
In any case, have you tried her unit with your charger.
