My charge 3 has unsynced in 2019 and I haven't been able to sync it since. I have tried restarting my phone, turning Bluetooth off and on, and deleting and reinstalling the app again yesterday. My Bluetooth finds the tracker and tries to sync but will not. Likewise, through the app my phone finds the tracker, sends a code and when I enter the code into the app it says it's connecting. But after about 5 minutes it stops and says it can't connect. I've tried about 10 times now. No other tracker in the house.
