Charge 3 won't charge

I bought a new Fitbit Charge 3, charger of this device does not recognize, screen does not show any connection with the charger as if this charger is a faulty one. Please help

Check that it actually not charging. Mine used to show the charging (battery) screen, but seems to have stopped doing that but is still charging fine. Sync it to your app and check whether the battery is actually charging or not. If not try THIS Help Article on charging problems.

Hi, I tried all the instructions and charger 3 still would not charge. 

 

 

Accepted solution option was a little confusing - Appeared as if check box was selected so I clicked to uncheck the box and your message was marked as accepted solution.

I am having the same issue as @NewUserV. Just reviewed my charge 3 for Xmas and it won't charge  Even when connected properly, no charging is happening. I tried restarting the charge 3, I cleaned the contacts, followed all the instructions you listed. Please advise on what to do next. Thank you.

Hi,

I'm having the same difficulty with my Charge 3. It will not charge. What should I do?

Having the same issue. Brand new out of box. It won’t charge and won’t show an icon that it’s charging. I’ve tried everything and tried to contact support and could not. Very frustrating.

I noticed there seems to be a solution, but it appears to be a mystery.  Is there a way to post the solution instead of all being escalated to support?  

 

I too, have tried every conceivable fix without being able to charge my Fitbit charge 3 - cleaned, tried 5 different chargers and/or outlets, reset many times.  Is there a common solution being offered through support that can be posted so we are able to self help?   Thanks a ton!
