Hello,
I'm trying to charge my Fitbit 3 and I have already done many of the things suggested. I have tried other USB ports and plug-ins. I have cleaned the prongs and my watch. The prongs and the watch are lined up properly. The watch and my phone are still able to sync, but it will not show the battery charging. If I hold down the side to try and restart it, it will not show me the smiling face. I'm assuming at this point that my charger is faulty?
