Not worn my Fitbit Charge 3 for a while and it’s battery had died, I have tried to charge with no joy. Tried to re set, no joy. Tried to change clock face, no joy. No flashing lights on rear, not showing as paired to my phone!
Updates on phone and Fitbit app up to date! what can I do? Really upset, was a gift from my son and only just over a year old!

Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
