I have been having charging problems again, I have replaced my charger with a new one and still my Fitbit wont charge. I have followed the below and nothing happens.
Your Charge 3 battery level is low. Charge your battery as soon as possible. To charge:
1. Plug the charging cable into a USB port.
2. Clip the other end into the port on the back of the Fitbit Charge 3.
3. The pins on the charging cable must be lined up with the charging port on your tracker and securely locked into place.
4. When your tracker is correctly plugged into the charging cable, the battery icon appears.
5. While charging, the battery icon appears to be less than full.
6. When fully charged, the battery icon is full and solid.
Charging may take up to 2 hours, depending on the current power level. Note that battery life and charge cycles vary with use, settings and many other factors; actual results will vary.

It's great to see you here, @NicoleBruce.
Thanks for troubleshooting this battery issue. If your Charge 3 isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know the outcome. 🙂
