Hello.  My Charge 3 wont charge.  I’ve put it on the charger and it gets really hot and does not charge at all. Last charge date was January 10, 2020 but died permanently that same day.  I don’t have my receipt so we may have to use the SN on the box.  @Fitbit can you help?
