I got my Charge 3 less than 2 years ago. The battery died, and I can't get it to connect to a charger. I've tried EVERYTHING. Even bought a new charging cable. Can anyone please help??? I need it for work

I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't charge. Thanks for all the steps you've tried even for the new charger in order to get your Charge 3 fixed.
