I received my brand new Charge 3 today. It came on long enough to plug in the verification code and then died. It will not charge. I have tried different charger boxes and different outlets.

Got a brand new charge 3 tried plugging it in and nothing happened some how I got it on and now it won't charge at all. It's stuck on the screen with the line on it. Can hold the button down and it vibrates but nothing else.
