My Fitbit Charge 3 won't charge up at all. It isn't the charger as it has charged up another device. It basically just ran down until it stopped working. I have tried cleaning the connections, resetting the device etc but nothing has worked. I have tried ringing the support line repeatedly but it just rings for a long time and then just cuts out. Help please.
