My Charge 3 showed 15% so I put it on charge only to find an hour later that it hadn't been charging. I left it until this morning to try again and it still won't charge. It's showing the clock screen but won't swipe so I'm not sure how much charge is left.
I've cleaned the back and the prongs on the charger. Can anyone provide suggestions I could try please?

EDIT - there was a problem with the plug. Sorted now 🙂
