Charge 3 won't charge

My Charge 3 is 18 months old, but barely used. It isn't charging, or when it does loses battery during a short run.

 

I've tried multiple ports. I've also tried updating to the latest software multiple times which never completes. I've reset by plugging in to a laptop and squeezing the sides with the charger on. Nothing seems to be working. What should I do?
