Hello, the Charge 3 I ordered in May stopped recognizing the charger. I searched the forums. I did all the things that were said... cleaned the pins carefully as described. Tried different usb ports, etc, etc. The app also shows the battery is depleted. I have tried gently moving the charger to see if I can get pins to connect. It just won’t. Device has been working great since I had it until now and I love it. Please help.
