My charge 3 won't charge all of the sudden,any tips? Thank you

@iluh try going through Fitbit's troubleshooting guide for charging problems at Help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

 

If those tips don't help then, as it says at the end of the guide, it's probably best to contact customer support.

Hi @iluh, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 won't take a charge.

 

I would like to follow up and would like to know if the troubleshooting steps that shared my friend @SteveH helped you to get the issue resolved or if your tracker is still unable to charge.

 

In the meantime, let us know if your Charge 3 vibrates when you put it on the charger.
