Charge 3 won't receive text notifications

It’s been months now. I have followed all the trouble shooting tips multiple times and I am still not getting notifications to my Fitbit. Very frustrating.

Just fix it. I’ve been a long time Fitbit owner but I’m about to get rid of it. Unacceptable it’s taking this long to fix the issue.
