My Charge 3 screen no longer responds to touch. I can't switch screens, and it does not cycle through modes when I press the circle. I've tried restarting it as has been suggested in other posts, but the Fitbit won't power off at all. It goes blank and the green light goes off for a few, but then blinks back on. All that seems to have happened by trying to restart it is that now the time is inaccurate. Previously I let the battery run out and charged it back up, but that also did not solve the problem. What can I do about this? It's less than a year old and I don't want to have to replace it.

Hello there @MisterPippinSir, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for already troubleshooting your Charge 3's display prior to contacting us.
Since the restart hasn't worked, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.
Give this a go and let me know the outcome, I'll be more than glad to create a support case on your behalf if necessary. 😉

I have the same problem. My screen went black today, when I tried rebooting it remains the same except for a when a white horizontal line came up after I held the button down for 15 seconds and smiley face came and went. I’ve tried rebooting numerous additional times for both 8 seconds and 15, no change in the screen, it still vibrates and syncs to my app, my alarms are still going off as well and my battery life is 97%. I’ve tried changing clock faces, Actually went through every single one, it didn’t work. I have only had my charge 3 for less than 4 months, please help.

Hi Maria, I just tried a couple new clock faces. The screen did switch over, but unfortunately it is still unresponsive.

I’m having the same issues.
After a swim my Fitbit charge 3 vibrated and then became unresponsive. No green light on back and it’s not syncing with my phone.
Ive tried to reset and still no luck. When it charges and I hold the button down it’s just continues to vibrate but doesn’t power on.
please can you help
