Purchased the charge 3 in December and set up Christmas day. Yesterday, it started having sync issues. I went through multiple troubleshooting methods covered in this community to try and resync it to two different phones with no luck. It was at 100% battery life when it went black yesterday, i have tried the 15sec restart with no luck.
