I have searched the community and seen similar problems with Charge 3. I followed the restart steps, and it will vibrate when plugged on charger but no charge icon or happy face. The screen won't budge, please help!

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue by yourself. Have you tried to change your tracker's clock face? If you haven't, I recommend trying this by following the instructions provided in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.

I have the same issue with my Charge 3 and changing the clock face didn't help. I've changed it several times, I also tried unconnecting and reconnecting it to my phone. Please help
