Charge 3 won't swipe

I'm a new Fitbit user, I have the Charge 3. The click us showing in my screen but it won't swipe, any help would be good.

If you are having swiping problems, I recommend restarting your Charge 3 by following the steps in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
