Charge 3 won't sync at all

I have received no sleep stats or any other information at all for weeks.  Fitbit will not sync with app on phone, won’t stay charged,

@NuBe then not syncing is why your not seeing a sleep score. If you want help, then please start a new thread, rather than hijacking an existing unrelated one.

“Highjack”?! My expensive device is not working, NO SLEEP DATA, and this is the “help” I get? Didn’t know that you owned the internet, sorry - NOT.
