This device has not synced in over a month. I gave up initially but today I unpaired from Bluetooth list, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it is not recognized in the Bluetooth list for pairing and it says BATTERY EMPTY even though the device has 89% battery life. I've restarted my phone and I'm currently logged in on a pc. I don't have any other devices interfering with the Bluetooth and the Fitbit has no visible physical damage.
