Very frustrated with the charge 3 since the update version.  Does not sync quickly,  Last time it synced was 9/22/2020.   I am about to junk this Fitbit and go with apple watch or something else.   ugh!

Hi @nhpickleballer, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not syncing properly. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

In order to fix this issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, sync your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
