Charge 3 won't sync with computer

My Charge 3 won't sync with the app on Windows 10 PC. OS is current. I've tried classic mode force sync with dongle and Bluetooth pair with and without dongle. It stopped syncing on May 6 - I got it discovered on Bluetooth several days later and it synced.

 

Two days ago on May 25 it stopped syncing again and I've tried all of the above to sync it or get the Charge 3 paired with Bluetooth. Frustrating to say the least. I wonder if the Charge 3 just has trouble working with Windows. I can sync it to an Android phone without problems. It isn't synced to a phone when I try pairing to my PC though.
