Charge 3 won't sync with phone

My charge 3 keeps unsyncing 1 day after syncing and wont sync again even if I follow the intructions, will sync after weeks as a coincidence then unsync after 1 day again.

Still haven't got an answer from them. I bought the charge 4 since my charge 3 had 3 lines of broken pixels and broke in a few places on the wristband.
