Hello... I synced my new Charge 3 to my Android phone it worked OK for 2 days but now won't sync. Help me obi won. Thanks in advance.

If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
