Since my phone upgrade, to Apple iPhone 11, my Fitbit only syncs when the app is open and many times fails. I see steps on the Fitbit so know it’s capturing the data. Yet will lose days of information that won’t upload. I have background refresh on.
Any help would be appreciated. Feeling like I’ve lost the value of wearing my Fitbit.

I understand how are you feeling. If your Charge 3 isn't syncing, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provided there.
