Charge 3 won't sync

My iPhone or tablet can’t find my Charge 3 on Bluetooth. It disconnected last night and it can’t find it since. I’ve tried turning on and off the Bluetooth. And phone. And I’ve restarted the Fitbit so may times.

Yes I contacted the support team but they just told me to restart it etc and it still didn’t fix my problem. So my Fitbit has been sitting in a drawer for over a month now such a waste. I’m very disappointed.

iPhone X. The Fitbit won’t even turn on now. If I connect it to charge it just keeps vibrating.
