Charge 3 won't sync

Fit bit app turned white yesterday.  Charge 3 will not sync in Bluetooth, charge 3 is showing the wrong time.  Have checked previous posts and turned on /off literally everything suggested.  Tried getting in apps.  Nothing is working.

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Charge 3 since it won't sync, and the app turned white. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your tracker and see if it syncs properly.
