Charge 3 won't sync

After trying all the fixes  my charge 3 still won't sync

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps in Help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and it still won't sync then I'd suggest contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com If they can't fix it they can check your warranty status and advise on your options.
