Have tried everything the help section us telling me, restarted phone, restarted device, turned Bluetooth off and on,but it just won't sync to my Samsung phone.

I have a Samsung phone too, which model do you have? Have you tried clearing the cache? The quick way to do that is to find the Fitbit app on your phone and hold your finger over it for about 10 seconds. Tap "Info" then "Storage And Memory". There should be an option to clear the cache from there.

Thank you for your advice I have a Samsung A41, I tried clearing the cache just now and it has not resolved the problem. Appreciate your help greatly though.

Please try setting up your tracker again. Follow the instructions of: How do I set up a replacement device or add another device to my account?

Tried this and now I have no device paired and it won't set up,my phone won't find it by Blue tooth (it's not my phone) so now I'm in a worse situation than before

I understand how frustrating this could be and do you get an error message when you try pairing your tracker again?

Managed to pair the device back up, however it still won't sync, am I going to have to add new device every single time I want to sync?

Have you tried syncing whilst not wearing it, mine syncs everytime until I actually put it on my wrist, would be interested to know if anyone else is having the same issue?
