My friend gave me her Charge 3 and factory reset it, I deleted my charge 2 from my account and synced the charge 3 it's all working ok but it my account says there is a firmware update available but it doesn't matter how many times I try to update it when it gets to 8% it says the update has failed. Do I need to update it or did it be ok without it.
