My charge 3 (purchased last spring) stopped working. The screen is all white lines and wouldn’t charge fully / stop vibrating.
I’ve tried resetting it multiple times.. both 8s and 15s. It has stopped vibrating but still does not work.
I have reached out to the support team a month or so ago and still have lot heard anything. disappointing.
