Charge 3 wont sync. I have rebooted, turn off, turn on Bluetooth. Still wont sync

Mine neither! I’m getting very cross as I’ve tried everything. Now the live chat facility isn’t available! Grrrrrr.

This is so frustrating. I got my Fitbit in July. What the heck....FITBIT should get their act together. I'm gonna look on Facebook to see if there is any posts about this.

Me too - so frustrating! I've restarted it numerous times, rebooted it and my phone. Done all including unpairing and setting up as a new device. Fed up! Still won't sync!
