So app is recording my activity, but watch screen is completely blank.
can’t see time or anything.
what should I do???

Just to avoid confusions. Your Charge 4 is registering your steps and they are shown on the Fitbit app after syncing it, right?
Do the green LEDs blink?
Have you already try to restart the Charge 4?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I reset the Fitbit, charged fully, all seemed to be working again, then within a couple hours, the screen went completely blank again! Now, I can’t get it to even register a charge! I called for support, but there’s nothing more to assist with. FB sent me a coupon for 35% off a new one, but this one is only 2 years old!! What’s the typical life expectancy? This is my 2nd FB, think I’m going to take a break from FB, maybe try another tracker.
Same thing just happened to mine. If you get a year out of a Fitbit you're doing good.
I have had numerous of them and none lasted more than a year and a couple of months.

Best AnswerI did. They only offered a 35 percent discount for a new one. I don't think that the price tag is worth the short life span a customer obtains from your product.
And I've had numerous and none lasted more than a year and a half.

Best AnswerAgreed..I have four they have replaced under warranty..last one was a gift..lasted 6 months..they replaced it for free..lasted two weeks..waiting for another replacement!
